Our expertise extends to email marketing, where we leverage platforms like MailerLite to help our clients engage their audience and drive business growth.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team, specializing in administrative and marketing support. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting with various tasks aimed at optimizing our business operations and enhancing our marketing efforts within the health and fitness industry. From email management to social media content creation, your contributions will be instrumental in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and organize incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and proper categorization.
Provide support in client onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and communication.
Collaborate on creating engaging social media content aligned with our brand identity and marketing strategy.
Assist in scheduling social media posts and maintaining consistency in posting schedules.
Aid in the creation of lead magnets to attract potential clients and support our marketing efforts.
Assist in managing tasks and projects using Asana or similar platforms, ensuring efficient workflow and progress tracking.
Engage with our audience on social media channels to foster community interaction and brand engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads for business development.
Collaborate on automating workflows and tasks using tools like Zapier to improve efficiency.
Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailerLite.
Qualifications:

Strong interest in supporting health and fitness business owners in achieving their goals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Canva or similar tools for content creation and design.
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience or willingness to learn task management systems like Asana.
Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
Additional Information:

This position offers approximately 5-10 hours per week initially, with potential for increased hours over time.
