Admin / Account Manager / Customer Service Tasks
The ideal candidate should have several years of experience in administrative roles, demonstrating the ability to manage day-to-day operations, facilitate smooth communication across teams, and ensure client satisfaction. They should be proficient in handling complex schedules, organizing data, and providing top-notch customer service to effectively manage workload and escalate tasks as needed.
Replying to Emails
The candidate should be capable of managing a high volume of emails daily, ensuring timely and professional responses. They should prioritize inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive tone in communications, which enhances client relationships.
Escalate Tasks to Other Team Members
They should be skilled in identifying issues that require escalation and clearly communicating the context and urgency to the appropriate team members. This ensures swift resolution and maintains workflow efficiency.
Day to Day Management of Accelerator Members Portal (ClickFunnel)
While having a foundational understanding of various digital platforms, the candidate should be particularly keen on rapidly learning and mastering specific tools like ClickFunnel. Their ability to quickly adapt and manage digital platforms will be beneficial for the day-to-day management of the AI Accelerator Members Portal.
As a Virtual Assistant, should have experience supporting high-level executives by managing calendars, organizing tasks, and facilitating efficient communication. Your attention to detail and proactive approach should ensure that schedules are meticulously managed and priorities are aligned with organizational goals.
Manage Calendar and Meetings
The candidate should have experience in comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling meetings, avoiding conflicts, and optimizing time for productivity. They should ensure that all appointments and commitments are accurately reflected and efficiently organized. Experience with Calendly or similar software is a must.
Update PowerPoint (Basic Canva Experience)
They should be proficient in creating and updating PowerPoint presentations, with a keen eye for design. Basic experience with Canva should supplement their ability to produce visually appealing and impactful presentations.
Bonus: ClickFunnel and ConvertKit Experience
The ideal candidate should have experience with ClickFunnel and ConvertKit, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and utilize these platforms effectively for marketing and customer relationship management.
