Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Tools and Platforms Expertise:
– Leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize business operations and strategies (ex: chatgpt)
– Stay updated with the latest AI trends and incorporate relevant advancements into our processes.
– Research behind additional relevant ai tools

2. Facebook Ads Management:
– Create, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns.
– Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for improvement.

3. Data Scraping:
– Extract and gather data from various online sources efficiently (ex: – Octoparse, ParseHub, Python (with libraries like Beautiful Soup or Scrapy)
– Ensure data quality and integrity for further analysis and use.

4. Funnel Building:
– Design and implement effective marketing funnels to enhance customer journey and conversions.
– Continuously test and tweak funnels for optimal performance. (ex: ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Infusionsoft )

5. Task Automation:
– Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to increase productivity.
– Streamline workflows using various automation tools and software. (ex: Zapier, IFTTT, Microsoft Power Automate )

6. Analytics Tools:
– Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel to track and analyze online performance metrics.

7. CRM and Email Marketing Tools:
– Manage customer relationships and email marketing campaigns efficiently using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact.

8. Project Management Tools:
– Organize and oversee projects seamlessly with project management tools like Asana, Trello, and Slack.

9. Office Suites:
– Leverage productivity by working with office suites such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

10. Graphic Design Tools:
– Create visually stunning content and designs with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on AI, digital marketing, and data management.
– Strong knowledge and experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns.
– Proficient in data scraping techniques and tools.
– Experience in building and optimizing marketing funnels.
– Skilled in task automation and the use of relevant software.
