Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with experience in AI tools to provide support to our CEO in a variety of tasks, with the primary goal of increasing overall productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. A major focus of this role will be utilizing AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance productivity and streamline processes. This is a remote position, allowing for the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct research online on various topics to aid decision-making
– Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with team members
– Leverage AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to increase productivity and improve efficiency in various tasks
– Communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members
– Schedule meetings, manage the calendar, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all appointments
– Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress, updating timelines, and following up on deliverables
– Create content for social media, presentations, and other communication materials as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with remote work experience
– Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the CEO
– Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
– Experience in using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, and the ability to quickly learn new AI technologies
– Experience in content creation for various platforms (e.g., social media, presentations)
