Our company Peacock Bungalows is a Hospitality company that provides furnished rentals to business, military/government, healthcare, and leisure travelers. We operate 15 properties in San Diego, CA, and are looking to expand to other US markets.
The Role: The primary job of a Virtual Assistant is to address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, process reservations, and provide our guests with accurate information about the properties and neighborhoods – helping to create a positive experience that will encourage our guests to return again and again.
This position requires up to 50 hours a week, 3 – 5 days a week, 10 hours solo shifts, with 2 consecutive days off. You will work with 3-4 other virtual assistants on the team. You can learn more about our company on our website at .
Required Skills/Qualifications
– 1+ years of Airbnb customer service
– 2+ years of hospitality or vacation rental experience
Preferred
– 3+ years of customer service experience
– Prior experience working with Guesty, VRBO, BDC
– Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast pace environment and learn new technologies as needed.
Key job responsibilities (not all-inclusive)
– Guest and reservation management
– Virtual property management
– Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination
– Listing management and optimization
– Occupancy, revenue, and accounting reporting
– Follow, update, and enhance company processes, SOPs, and tools
Success Metrics:
– Maintain 7 minutes or less response rate to all inquiries
– Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in 24 hours or ASAP
– Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
– Contribute an 85% or higher occupancy rate
