Virtual Assistant / All Rounder

An introduction to our company:

We are a small group of individuals aiming to become the leading digital marketing agency in our niches (Gyms & Fitness Studios / Tattoo Artistry) within a year. We are fast growing and so looking to hire a new team member.

Specifically, we are looking for an All Rounder that wants part-time work who has experience with the following skills:

Appointment setting will be part of the job, very simple copy and paste DMs with copywriting we have already made. You will not need to have any Sales experience as Sales meetings or Cold calling will be handled by us
– Appointment setting (Cold Dm)

You will need to have some design skills to help put together a range of digital marketing related material like case studies/social proof on Canva, web design for landing pages, video and photo editing. Knowing what makes a good user experience while capturing the brand is highly valuable to us.
– Canva experience
– Video/photo editing
– Web design

Needs to know how to navigate Facebook ads and Google ads interface in order to put together weekly reports for clients. You will NOT need to manage campaigns as we already can advertise successfully.
– Navigating Facebook & Google Ads interfaces

Other skills that are valuable but not necessary:
– Experience with excel/google sheets,
– Experience working with CRMs,
– Any content creation and content management experience is very valuable,
– PA responsibilities like calendar management and scheduling.

Personality traits that are looked upon favorably:

Organised – must be able to meet deadlines and be able to report on results.

Creative – being able to package your editing across photos/videos/landing page design in a way that is visually appealing is important to us.

Team player – We prefer working in a small team because it means we make decisions faster. That is why we are wanting to hire someone who is an all rounder who is wanting to become an integral part of our team.

Earning Potential:

Part time work
$400-600 / month – depending on how well you match the description of what is required ^! Not wanting to hire more than one person so if you can do everything well than you will be paid accordingly.

Future scope of work – this is definitely a role with full time potential and increases in your hourly rate. The growth in our business will naturally mean an increase in your responsibilities which you will be financially compensated for.
