Virtual Assistant – Amazon FBA, Social Media, Graphic Design, Customer Service & Product Research
* Do you enjoy a variety of work?
* Do you have experience with e-commerce, in particular Amazon FBA and Shopify?
* Do you have a flair for social media management? Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
* Are you creative and able to use Photoshop, Gimp, Sketchbook, Canva or other graphic design software?
* Can you edit videos?
* Are you able to document procedures and deal with tricky customers?
* Are you good at performing thorough product research?
Don’t worry if you answered “no” to some of those questions. In this job you will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you. So, if you are a good problem solver and a fast learner I encourage you to apply anyway.
Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future are:
* Document company processes into Standard Operating Procedures from training and videos I have created
* Improving Amazon listing images and related content
* Research and create a social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok.
* Implementing the procedure, designing and posting on social media
* Sending and responding to customers emails
* Performing daily checks on Amazon inventory and business performance
* Collating a customer email list
About Me:
I am based in New Zealand and own a successful Amazon business which runs in the US. It is growing quickly and I need someone to help reduce my workload.

Pay & Hours: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job. I am looking for the right person and may consider either full or part time.
