Job Responsibilities:
Assisting customers in clothing development.
Managing orders efficiently.
Creating digital imagery.
Contributing to social media content.
Providing personal assistance to the CEO/Admin.
Uploading products to the Shopify store.
Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in Shopify.
Familiarity with Google Suite.
Competence in Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Experience with social media ads/tools (optional).
Soft Skills:
Diligent and honest work ethic.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
Basic Skills:
Apart from excellent English proficiency, familiarity with the following applications is necessary:
Microsoft Office Suite.
Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
Web search engines such as Google and Bing.
Communication platforms like WhatsApp, Skype, FB Messenger, Google Meets/Hangout.
Project and time management tools.
Dropbox.
Desired Technical Skills and Experience:
While we value growth potential, experience in any of the following areas will be advantageous:
SEO.
Video editing.
Social media management/marketing.
Email marketing.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $500 to $700 per month, equivalent to 30,000 to 40,000 PHP along with additional perks. As a valued member of our team, you’ll receive a digital welcome pack and may be eligible for a work laptop or phone after a certain time.
Work Schedule and Leave:
Work hours typically run from 3 PM to 11pm AM Manila time, with flexibility for non-customer-focused tasks. Holiday and sick leave arrangements can be discussed during the onboarding process.
