Job Description:

Position: Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Virtual Assistant Duties:
– Manage the artist’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
– Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
– Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
– Conduct research on various topics as needed and compile reports.
– Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
– Provide general support to the artist and team as required.

2. Social Media Manager Duties:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the artist’s brand and goals.
– Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
– Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
– Collaborate with the artist and other team members to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
– Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement.
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, fans, and industry professionals on social media platforms.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to enhance the artist’s online presence.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
– Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and content creation.
– Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative thinker with a passion for music and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
– Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
– Familiarity with music industry trends and social media platforms preferred.
