Mandatory requirements:
Excellent English both spoken and written.
Available during US timezone
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Forms) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Proficient in Quickbooks Online
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities include
Submit payment of invoices from vendors. (AP)
Conduct audit between invoices and database.
Contact customers via email or phone on past-due invoices. (AR)
Run reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested
Performing general bookkeeping duties focusing on accounts payable and receivable, analyzing and processing vendor invoices in QuickBooks, reconciling accounts, making bank deposits
Setting up and onboarding new clients for invoicing and any specific requirements they may have.
Communicate with project managers, sales reps, and co-workers if any questions arise.
Qualification Requirements:
Previous AR, AP, or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
Integrity, with the ability to maintain business confidentiality
Reliable and dependable work ethic
Highly effective organizational skills
Team player focused on the success of the team
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers and co-workers.
Marketing & Social Media & Graphic Design
Responsibilities include
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn & Facebook) and posting schedule.
Create content and providing images for posts.
Use AI and content writer to write post blog posts
Use SEO best practices
Do SEO link building
Create additional web pages for WordPress Elementor
Familiar with Adobe Express

Creating or updating great presentation decks with our company feel.
Graphics and layout for case studies.
Create Internal company presentation slide deck.
