About Us:
Healthcare Wellbeing U is a healthcare coaching group. We work one on one with physicians in the United States and Canada to give them the life skills that they need to have long, fulfilling careers and overcome burnout.
We’ve coached over 500 physicians cumulatively and are growing rapidly. You will be reporting to Ben Carson, our director of client success.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, positive, English-speaking Virtual Assistant to help with day to day operations of the business as well as consistently phone call and engage with prospects.
Job Description:
~50 hours a week of remote operational work and DM messaging / phone calling prospects.
Compensation:
Base salary of $500 per month + commission, total earnings between $1000 and $2000 per month
Responsibilities:
Post written content for the week to Facebook, Twitter, and Mailchimp
Make phone calls to prospects interested in our services and set them onto the closer’s calendar
Create graphics using Canva (experience is a plus but not required)
Engage in DM messaging with prospects and educate them about our product and set them onto the closer’s calendar
Perform basic CRM management
Prepare sales assets
Send invoices to prospects
Monitor and run our Facebook group, messaging new members
Monitor LinkedIn messages

Must have C2 English language test score
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Fluent English speaker and able to write in perfect English
Must speak English completely fluently over the phone
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Extremely proactive and detail-oriented
You will have a weekly meeting with your supervisor where we go over assignments for the week
Must be able to maintain and follow a calendar of various responsibilities
The most important thing for us is that you are willing and ready to learn. We are happy to teach you every aspect of this role and will work closely with you to make it a success
Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
Previous experience working in a remote role
Knowledge of medicine (what the various medical specialties are, what it takes to become a doctor, etc.)
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
Multitasking and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities
Experience with dm setting, cold calling, or other sales role
Location and Working Hours:
This is a remote position that will require you to work in Eastern time hours (8-6).
