Position: Virtual Assistant Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time (20 hours per week) with potential for full-time based on performance

Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will contact sales leads through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn DMs, and email to set up appointments for our sales team. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow a sales script while also improvising to sound human and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact sales leads through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn DMs, and email
Set up appointments for the sales team using Calendly
Follow a sales script with the ability to improvise as needed
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments on Monday
Communicate effectively with the team via Slack
Track time and tasks using Toggl
Regularly update Google Docs with lead information and appointment schedules.

Qualifications:
