Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter

An American marketing firm is looking to hire a hardworking and self-motivated Filipino appointment setter / VA to help with email marketing. See responsibilities below:

1. Copywriting (writing personalized outreach messages via email outreach)

2. Email outreach (sending email messages to prospects

3. Managing automation software to optimize your email campaigns

4. Data tracking and analysis

5. Lead handling

6. Other tasks etc

Preferred experience & traits:

1. Copywriting experience and good at writing in English
2. Hard-working, hard-working, and hardworking
3. Can work for at least 40+ hrs a week, 8 hrs a day (potentially more)
4. NEEDS to have a stable DAILY internet connection (If you do not have a stable internet connection please do not apply)
5. Needs to have a LinkedIn profile

This role is paid hourly, so the more you work, the more you get paid! 🙂 The base hourly pay is $5/hour.

In addition to base pay, it is also subject to milestone-based bonuses, meaning if you can hit certain milestones (such as booking 10+ calls per week from your email campaign, you will be paid a bonus which typically is ~$80 – $150 A WEEK in addition to your base salary).

The interview process is task-based, meaning that once you apply, we will send you a small task to evaluate your writing skills in English. This task is simple and shouldn’t take you more than 20 minutes to complete, and will come with clear, step-by-step instructions.
