Position Overview:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to assist in setting appointments for our real estate investment team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our schedule and ensuring that our team members can focus on their core responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting: Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, and online platforms to schedule appointments for our real estate investment team.

Client Communication: Communicate with clients and prospects in a professional and courteous manner to understand their scheduling preferences and coordinate appointments accordingly.

Calendar Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar for our team members, ensuring that all appointments are accurately scheduled and confirmed.

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and prospects to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and address any scheduling conflicts.

Database Management: Update and maintain our client database with accurate contact information and appointment details.

Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of appointments.

Performance Tracking: Keep track of appointment scheduling metrics and provide regular reports to management on performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:

Previous Experience: Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments simultaneously.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using various communication tools and software such as email, calendar apps, and CRM systems.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and follow-up.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Real Estate Knowledge: Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus but not required.
