The position of Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, setting appointments, and providing exceptional support to our team and clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks

• Work with Lead lists to identify most promising prospects based on criteria provided
• Schedule and manage appointments for team members and clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
• Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in organizing virtual meetings and managing calendars.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – Business or Marketing preferred;
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Familiarity with latest workplace technologies, including online calendars and desktop sharing;
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision;
• The candidate must have a computer and a reliable Internet connection.

Lines of communication

This position reports directly to the CEO of Rock Hill Cyber.

Working conditions

This position is full time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
