SA ON-LINE is looking to hire a Virtual Assistant: Appointment Setter

Job brief
We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and support our sales team by emailing prospective clients and doing follow up calls to ensure we meet our monthly goals.

An Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our products and services, then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with our organization’s Sales Representatives.

Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.

Responsibilities:
Reaching out to prospective clients via email
Attending to inquiries from prospective clients as they arise
Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services
Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
Field incoming inquiries and convert 50% or more to appointments
Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
Use Google Suite/Slack/Ticketing System to manage various aspects of the job
Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services
Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
Keep a detailed log of chats, including those which were not answered
Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact

Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
Top-notch English verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Must be able to work independently
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at least 6 hours each day, 5 days per week
A positive attitude
Experience and willingness, working in a team environment
Excellent organization skills
Prior experience working remotely or in a virtual office environment.
