About the Role:
We are a dynamic insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires proficiency in using the GoHighLevel CRM system to manage client interactions and campaigns effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of digital communication tasks including SMS, EMAIL MARKETING, voice mail drops, and engaging potential clients through social media, GROUPS, and recorded video messages. The goal is to schedule phone appointments for our agents, ensuring a streamlined process that boosts our agency’s efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations within the GoHighLevel CRM system to organize and update client information.
Nurture leads on social media to identify and schedule potential leads.
Send out SMS, emails, and voice mail drops as part of our communication and marketing strategy.
Create and distribute recorded video messages to provide personalized client interactions.
Schedule and confirm phone appointments for insurance agents with potential leads.
Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
Handle incoming leads from various digital channels and ensure they are attended to promptly.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in an insurance or sales environment.
Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and schedule appointments.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance.
Proficient in digital marketing and email campaign strategies.
Outstanding customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
Technical proficiency, especially with CRM software, preferably GoHighLevel.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
