### Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to help automate and streamline operations for our two main businesses: a Shopify print-on-demand store and an AI lead generation agency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digital marketing platforms and technologies, including , Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, and Facebook Marketplace. Expertise in coding and technology is essential to implement automation across various aspects of the business such as email marketing, customer service, and product/service fulfillment.
### Responsibilities
– Develop and implement automation strategies using to optimize workflow in marketing, customer service, and operations.
– Manage and enhance our presence on social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram, and utilize Facebook Marketplace for product promotion and sales.
– Oversee the Shopify store management including updates, product listings, and integration with various marketing tools.
– Execute email marketing campaigns, and set up automation for regular customer engagement and retention.
– Automate lead generation processes for the AI agency, enhancing efficiency and lead quality.
– Code and deploy custom scripts or apps as required to support automation and integration of tools and platforms.
– Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and automation efforts, providing insights and strategies for improvement.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems and marketing platforms.
### Qualifications
– Proven experience with , Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace.
– Strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce.
– Experience in coding and technology, preferably with expertise in at least one programming language.
– Excellent understanding of email marketing and social media management.
– Ability to design, implement, and manage automation systems.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
