Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Expert proficient in both Make and GHL (Go High Level) to join our team. As an Automation Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated systems and processes for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop innovative solutions, and streamline operations to drive efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and solutions using Make and GHL.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across various departments and processes.
Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows, scripts, and programs to optimize operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Integrate and configure automation tools, software, and technologies to meet specific business needs.
Perform testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams on automation best practices.
Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary updates and enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in automation to drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements:
Expertise in both Make and GHL or Zapier and GHL
Solid understanding of automation frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for complex systems and processes.
Knowledge of hardware control systems and protocols.
Ability to create easy to understand reports and data sets
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Relevant certifications in automation and related technologies are a plus.
