Manage utilize & optimize systems like:
Go High Level
Canva
CapCut
SocialBee
Zapier
Kartra
Trello

– Assist in the organization and automation of business processes to enhance efficiency.
– Support educational services related to real estate investing, credit repair, business credit, and business funding.
– Build funnel pages and create flyers for marketing of events/products.
– Create automations that improve lead generation and conversions.
– Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
– Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Create and manage content for various platforms to support marketing and educational efforts.
– Run and manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role. Strong organization skills. Must be self directed and an action taker.
– Proficiency in Go High Level, Canva, CapCut, SocialBee, Zapier, and Kartra.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Strong design skills.
– Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High level of reliability, integrity, and work ethic.
– Experience in real estate, credit repair, or business education is a plus.
– Understanding of customer journeys and the ability to create content tailored to different stages of the journey.
– Experience in running and managing ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
