Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant who excels in sales and B2B marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio, including gourmet Brazilian coffee beans, property management services in New England, and an established construction repair company in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance revenue generation.
Lead Facebook advertising campaigns and digital marketing efforts to target and engage potential B2B clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Forge and nurture long-term relationships with clients, focusing on both client retention and acquisition.
Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of work, from client communication to campaign analysis.
Work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation, while also being a collaborative team player.
Utilize provided VoIP for business communication, requiring a stable high-speed internet connection.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to align our offerings with customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, digital marketing, and Facebook advertising.
Excellent command of the English language, with superior speaking and writing skills.
Strong ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with a client-centric approach.
Goal and incentive-driven, with a knack for meeting and exceeding targets.
Independent thinker with the ability to propose innovative solutions and strategies.
Prior experience in the coffee industry, property management, or construction is a plus.
Work Hours & Benefits:

This is a full-time position with recommended work hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (EST).
