We are searching for a talented and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) with a knack for SEO and, particularly, backlink building. Your main task will be identifying opportunities for backlinking, creating strategies for outreach, and managing the overall process to help increase our online presence and organic search rankings.
Responsibilities:
Researching and identifying high-quality backlink opportunities.
Analyzing competitor backlinks and developing strategies to acquire similar links.
Maintaining an organized database of backlink opportunities and acquired backlinks.
Conducting outreach to website owners, bloggers, and other possible sources of high-quality backlinks.
Writing clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct outreach emails designed to encourage positive responses.
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the backlinking strategy.
Understanding and keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
Coordinating with our content team to create valuable content for link-building purposes.
Analyzing the website’s SEO performance and making suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a VA, with specific expertise in SEO and backlinking.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Experience using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, working effectively with minimal supervision and handling multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Understanding of different Domain Authorities.
Hourly/Salary Wages:
The pay range is $93.75 PHP per hour, $3,750 PHP per week.
Fulltime: 40hours per week, Monday – Friday.
The 13th Month is available based on performance and is prorated for individuals who have worked less than a full year.
