About Me:
I am a Filipina-American full time social media content creator, strategist and manager. I have been a working creator for 6 years, previously as an Influencer and now as a UGC (User Generated Content) + TikTok Shop creator. My past clients include over 100 brands. I work within beauty, lifestyle, travel niches but also partner with brands from all niches. I create UGC assets, TikTok Shop & Influencer posts, and currently am contracted with a European homeware brand as their social media manager and strategist for TikTok (to start soon). I’m incredibly passionate about my work and cannot imagine doing anything else. I am located in the west coast of the USA, so my time zone is PST.

About the Position – MUST READ FIRST:
Looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to become a part of my brand for the long term. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives working for and in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to bring their best to the table. If you: love working in social media, want to take your experience and skillset to the next level, have experience working for a content creator, love to be challenged, and adapts well in fast paced projects, I want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:
Email Management: Filtering important emails, responding to inquiries, and managing email campaigns.
Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining creator’s schedule, scheduling meetings and collaborations, coordinating deadlines with brands on project platforms (Backstage, Cohley, etc).
TikTok Shop management: Communicate with agency manager on Discord, ensure any updates are added to creator’s schedule, respond to seller inquiries on TikTok Shop inbox.
Analytics: Tracking and analyzing performance metrics on TikTok Shop account to identify what works and suggest ideas and inspirations for content product selections.

Hard Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a virtual assistant in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the nuances of social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
Experience answering inbound emails and applying to campaigns on Influencer and UGC marketplace platforms.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Strong Preferences:
Working proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Discord, and Motion.
Sales and pitching experience with e-commerce brands.
Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop-style content and seller relationships.
Video editing skills using CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or InShot.

Compensation:
Base salary of $250/month
3% commission on the creator’s UGC-only income

Hours:
Flexible working hours tailored to fit your schedule. Work as little or as much as you’d like, as long as your responsibilities are completed. The more UGC campaigns you book for me, the higher your monthly commission.
