**Role Summary:**
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Virtual Assistant to handle administrative tasks for our busy mobile grooming operation. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, organized, and proactive individual who can streamline operations and ensure smooth communication between groomers, clients, and our operations manager.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

* Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively, facilitating communication between groomers and clients
* Escalate any critical issues to the Operations Manager as needed
* Optimize grooming routes and roll forward clients as required to ensure efficient scheduling and service
* Manage payroll for independent contractors, calculate and prepare payments for each pay period
* Perform daily confirmation calls to clients for their upcoming appointments
* Handle client requests, inquiries, and complaints via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
* Assist with bookkeeping and financial management tasks, primarily using QuickBooks

**Requirements:**

* Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
* Proficiency in using CRM software and QuickBooks
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage professional communication
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
* Knowledge in route optimization and scheduling software is a plus
* Experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred
