Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented virtual administrative assistant to support our team with our Amazon Business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a virtual assistant and will be able to assist with a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Managing and responding to customer inquiries
Inventory tracking and management
Financial reporting and analysis
Adjusting pricing of inventory
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Monitor, manage, and track inventory levels
Assist with financial reporting and analysis
Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales
Communicating with warehouse
Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Knowledge of how to use excel and QuickBooks
Previous bookkeeping experience is recommended
Prior experience as a VA is recommended but not necessary
Prior experience with Amazon is not necessary, we will provide training
Ability to reconcile credit card and financial transactions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Experience with financial reporting and analysis is a plus
This is a remote position, and candidates should have a reliable internet connection and computer.
