We are looking for an outgoing, highly organised and hardworking individual to join our team of young professionals at Carpe Diem Tours. This job will be crucial to our business and is a dynamic role that will require you to use multiple platforms to manage bookings and support our customers.

SHIFT HOURS
Our shift patterns are 13:00 – 21:00 CET (20:00 – 4:00 Philippines). You will work 5 shifts in total per week (40hrs), and the working days will be Wednesday to Sunday. Mondays and Tuesdays will be off days. We provide 2 weeks of training, 40 hours per week before starting the position. Training period will be paid at $250 for the two weeks.
PAYMENT
Payment will be $4.70 per hour, $752 per month.
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
– Iphone (preferred)
– Fast PC / Mac
– Stable, fast internet connection
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing bookings through multiple suppliers and Online Travel Agents;
Inputting bookings into our organisation software () and booking platform (Rezdy);
Working closely with our team of tour guides, assigning tours and organising daily tour schedules;
Providing an excellent level of customer service, speaking with and assisting customers throughout the day;
Dealing with daily messages ranging from initial enquiry/amendments/itinerary timings and suggestions/complaints;
Performing daily checks on all booking platforms to ensure everything is up to date;
Communicating and working closely with our various partner agencies;

PAST EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a customer service role
Previous administration experience
Telesales experience preferred
