Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Bookkeeper / Accountant (Profitable Tradesmen)

Location: Remote (UK Time zone)

Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week) or Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

Process employee payroll accurately and promptly using established payroll systems.
Ensure compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and company policies.

Accounts Management:

Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Invoicing:

Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.

Utilizing Xero:

Utilize Xero accounting software proficiently for bookkeeping, financial reporting, and other accounting tasks.
Maintain and update financial records within the Xero platform.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and other office-related functions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in using Xero accounting software.
Solid understanding of payroll processing and financial management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently in a remote work setting and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in trade services or related industries is a plus.
