Role Overview:
As our Virtual Assistant / Bookkeeper, you’ll wear many hats, playing a pivotal role in the smooth running and growth of our business. From managing day-to-day administrative tasks to handling bookkeeping, payroll, and even contributing to our marketing efforts, your work will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage product orders and inventory to ensure our food truck is always ready to delight.
– Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.
– Assist with marketing and social media strategies to grow our brand presence.
– Coordinate with suppliers, staff, and stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
– Contribute to strategic planning and the implementation of systems for efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
– Familiarity with bookkeeping software, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication abilities and a team player mindset.
– An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the food industry.
– Experience in social media management and marketing is a plus.
