Job Title: Part-Time Designer & Social Media Manager
Job Type: Part-Time

Overview:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves a mix of graphic design, website management, and social media marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys creative challenges and is capable of handling multiple facets of a growing brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing brand designs, managing online content, and driving engagement and sales through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Brand Design:
-Create and maintain a compelling visual identity for the brand based on provided themes and ideas.
-Design graphics and visuals for use in marketing materials and products.
-Upload designs to a print-on-demand service and integrate these products into our online store.

Website Management:
-Update and manage the website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and reflective of our brand standards.
-Process and fulfill online orders efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Monitor website performance and make adjustments as needed to improve user experience and sales.

Social Media and Marketing:
-Develop and execute a social media strategy that increases brand visibility, engagement, and customer base.
-Create and schedule regular posts across various platforms, including promotional content and engaging narratives about our products.
-Manage budget for content creation, including outsourcing to creators or producing in-house content as necessary.
-Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing brand work.
-Experience in managing social media accounts for brands, including content creation and performance analysis.
-Knowledge of web management and e-commerce platforms, particularly around product integration and order fulfillment.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage projects with multiple deadlines.
-Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
-Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising is a plus.
