We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our real estate brokerage team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling all marketing needs, including photos and videos, for the brokerage as well as fulfilling individual agents’ marketing requests. In addition, you will assist with lead-generation calls and follow-up activities using KV Core, our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Responsibilities:
– Create high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes, showcasing properties and promoting the brokerage.
– Edit and enhance photos and videos using tools such as Canvas, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop to ensure a professional presentation.
– Manage and organize marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
– Collaborate with individual agents to fulfill their marketing requests received via Microsoft Teams, ensuring timely completion.
– Produce professional PowerPoint presentations for various marketing and promotional purposes.
– Conduct lead generation calls to identify potential clients and gather relevant information.
– Follow up with clients through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to maintain relationships and provide assistance as needed.
– Utilize KV Core CRM to manage leads, update client information, and track progress.
– Assist with appointment setting and confirmation for agents, coordinating schedules and ensuring accuracy.
– Manage calendars for the team, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
– Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information, lead details, and other relevant data in the CRM system.
– Build and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline marketing workflows and improve overall efficiency.
– Monitor and manage the effectiveness of implemented systems, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
– Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and responsible approach.
– Stay updated with industry trends and marketing strategies to optimize brokerage marketing efforts.
– Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve marketing initiatives and overall team performance.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in using Canvas, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop for creating high-quality videos and graphics.
– Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
– Previous experience in real estate marketing or a related field is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and KV Core (or similar CRM software) is an advantage.
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
– A high level of attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
– Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
– Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
