Requirements:
• No prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a virtual assistant role.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google
Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to new tasks and procedures quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with social media management is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including but not limited to:
• Perform data entry tasks, organize files, and maintain databases.
• Conduct internet research on various topics and present findings in a concise manner.
• Reach out to leads and process according to team procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
