Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. This role will primarily focus on running a LinkedIn business development funnel, to generate leads and opportunities for our recruitment agency. Additionally, the successful candidate will handle client and candidate sourcing on LinkedIn, as well as various administrative responsibilities to support the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
Daily running of the LinkedIn Business Development Funnel.
Efficiently responding to messages and organizing them into a system.
Recording and tracking daily activity, documenting interactions with potential clients.
Sourcing new clients via LinkedIn each day.
Reporting metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
Booking clients for 1-2-1 calls using our online scheduling tool.
Requirements:
Professional, bright, and friendly demeanour.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow processes and complete tasks systematically, even when repetitive.
Know when to seek assistance and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, Microsoft Suite, email, and online scheduling tools.
Dependable and professional, with the ability to remain objective and logical in decision-making.
Excellent grammar, spelling, and conversational English skills online.
Cool, relaxed, yet results-oriented, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual seeking a stable role to contribute to business growth.
