Job Description

Our client is a Christian company that connects business and professional men to God and each other through Christian peer groups and one-on-one mentoring, so they become more like the men God designed them to be. They are seeking to hire a business development/lead generation VA from the Philippines.

Start Date: ASAP
Workplace: Remote (Permanent Work from home set-up)
Schedule: PST – To be announced
Type of Employment: Full time (30 to 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
1. Streamline Processes: Dive into our existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Suggest and implement process optimizations to enhance productivity.
2. Content Posting on LinkedIn: Create and post engaging content on our LinkedIn profile, adhering to our content strategy and brand guidelines. Craft compelling posts to attract our target audience.
3. Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify potential leads within our target market. Engage with prospects through messaging and connection requests to generate interest in our products or services.
4. Follow-up with Leads: Proactively follow up with interested leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Provide information, answer questions, and schedule appointments as necessary.
5. System and Automation Management: Take charge of our CRM system (Pipedrive) to ensure data accuracy and efficient lead management. Implement and maintain automation processes to streamline tasks.
6. Bulk Messaging: Utilize to send bulk messages and campaigns to targeted leads, maintaining a personalized and engaging approach.
7. Learn New Systems: Quickly learn and become proficient in utilizing tools such as Social Pilot, , and Brevo to support various tasks and projects.
8. AI Integration: If you possess AI capabilities, particularly with ChatGPT or similar technologies, explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions into our communication and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
2. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, including content creation and lead generation.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
4. Experience with or similar bulk messaging platforms.
5. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
6. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
7. Good moral character and proactive attitude.
8. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
9. AI capabilities and familiarity with ChatGPT is a plus.
10. Able to work in PST.
11. Can start ASAP.

Technical Requirements for WFH:
1. Own pc or laptop with the ff. specs:
-Personal Laptop/Desktop
-Intel Core I3 or equivalent processor
-5 MBPS Internet speed
-At least 8 GB RAM
2. Reliable internet connection
