As the businesses continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and highly organised Virtual Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities may include:
Email and Calendar Management:-
Efficiently manage and organise emails.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Set reminders for important deadlines.
Data Building and CRM Management:-
Conduct research and gather information for various projects.
Build and maintain contact lists.
Assist in the management of CRM systems.
Travel Coordination:-
Book flights, hotels, and transportation for business-related travel.
Create detailed itineraries and manage travel expenses.
Document Creation and Editing:-
Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Ensure accuracy and professional formatting.
Social Media and Online Presence:-
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to interactions.
Conduct online research as required.
Customer Support:-
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information.
Assist in managing customer complaints and forwarding complex issues when necessary.
File Organisation and Management:-
Maintain an organised and efficient filing system.
Manage cloud storage and document sharing.
Virtual Meeting Support:-
Schedule virtual meetings and set up necessary tools.
Manage meeting agendas, take notes, and send follow-up communications.
Event Planning:-
Assist in planning and coordinating events for various businesses.
Handle logistics, invitations, and on-site coordination as needed.
Data Building and Research:-
Conduct thorough research to gather data for business projects.

Personal and Miscellaneous Tasks:-

Requirements:-
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
