Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Busy Small Business Owner
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-time (20-25 hours per week) to start. With option to go Full-Time on a yearly contract.

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and help streamline our operations, develop business systems, and support our entrepreneurial leader in various day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our entrepreneur’s responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include:

– Assist in Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline various processes within the company.
– Defining and documenting business systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
– Assisting in the organization and development of new business ideas and projects.
– Proficiently using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual meeting platforms to schedule, coordinate, and manage virtual meetings and presentations.
– Handling email communications, calendar management, and scheduling appointments.
– Conducting research on various topics to support decision-making.
– Managing and organizing digital files, documents, and data.
– Providing premier attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
– Completing ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the entrepreneur’s objectives.
– Assist with coordinating other VA’s who manage Social Media & E-Commerce properties.
– Assist with in the hiring process and onboarding of new team members

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

– Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
– Proficiency in using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual meeting platforms.
– Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
– Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software and online tools.
– An innovative and problem-solving mindset.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
– A proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks and projects.
– Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
– Knowledge of Event Production (Concert, Weddings, Festivals, Corporate), SMMA, Hospitality, E-Commerce Industries is a plus.

– AI (to be used as a tool to streamline workload)
– Slack
– Freedcamp
– Notion
– Monday
– Google Docs
– Microsoft Office (Office, Excel, PPT)
– Gmail

Plus, but not required:
– Photoshop, Canva or similar
– Capcut
– Loom
– Quickbooks
