Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Calendar, Email, Social Media, Expenses, Travel, and Admin Support
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable virtual assistant to provide comprehensive support in various areas, including calendar management, email management, social media management, expense tracking, travel coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining open communication.

Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Manage and coordinate multiple calendars, including two iCal calendars and one Google Calendar initially.
Ensure accurate scheduling and eliminate overlaps.
Schedule travel, book dinners, special events, doctor appointments, lunches, and other meetings as required.
Share availability calendar to streamline scheduling processes.
Email Management:
Handle the inbox of one person, including personal and business email accounts.
Prioritize emails and respond in a timely manner.
Familiarity with basic email platforms like Gmail and Outlook is required.
Social Media Management:
Develop social media and blog content using platforms such as Canva
Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, with potential expansion to TikTok.
Create and schedule engaging content regularly.
Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to optimize client engagement.
Build a consistent online presence and support client funnel development.
Expense Tracking:
Track business expenses on a quarterly basis using Excel.
Reconcile expenses with receipts and financial records.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
Assist in reconciling outstanding missing invoice payments on a quarterly basis.
Booking Travel and Other Arrangements:
Coordinate with travel agencies or make direct arrangements with airlines, hotels, etc.
Utilize provided travel logins and award account numbers.
Book travel, dinners, special events, doctor appointments, lunches, and other one-off meetings.
Ensure timely and efficient arrangements.
Admin Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks, including writing form letters, presentation development, research, document management, and data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace required

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in basic email platforms like Gmail and Outlook.
Experience in social media management and knowledge of tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred.
Knowledge of expense tracking tools such as Excel and QuickBooks is desirable.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Additional Details:
To begin, the workload will be 10 hours per week, with potential fluctuations up to 20 hours per week.
Candidates will be required to take a personality test to ensure alignment of personalities.
An assessment quiz will also be administered to verify skillsets.
