Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Profile Management:

Manage and optimize multiple social media profiles across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and OF.
Create and schedule engaging content tailored for each platform.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain a positive online presence.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to guide strategy adjustments.
Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers and drive traffic to OF profiles.
Create and curate content that resonates with the target audience on each platform.
Collaborate with influencers and online models to enhance social media reach.
Chatting and Sales:

Engage with subscribers through chat, building strong relationships and providing a high level of customer service and sales.
Upsell services and products through engaging conversations with subscribers.
Respond to messages promptly and professionally.
Keep track of subscriber preferences and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social media accounts.
Strong understanding of the OF platform and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging content tailored to the audience.
Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Experience working with influencers and online models is a plus.
Sales experience and ability to upsell via chat.
