We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Virtual Assistant to play a pivotal role in our commercial cleaning business. As a Virtual Assistant, your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities by conducting cold calls, following up on leads, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Cold Calling:
Identify and research potential commercial clients in target markets.
Conduct cold calls to introduce our commercial cleaning services and schedule appointments for further discussions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture potential business relationships.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential clients.
Manage and update the online booking system to reflect sales appointments.
Client Communication:
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or online chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide information about our commercial cleaning services, pricing, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Proposal Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to customize proposals based on client requirements.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
Organize and manage client databases to facilitate efficient communication.
Task Coordination:
Liaise with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary information for client meetings.
Communicate any specific client requirements or expectations to the sales team.
Social Media and Online Presence:
Support the marketing efforts by assisting in managing social media accounts with a focus on attracting commercial clients.
Monitor online reviews and address customer feedback or concerns.
Research and Reporting:
Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators related to sales activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or a similar sales support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, email, and scheduling software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
