Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our cleaning company in administrative and operational tasks. As a Soft Sales Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by taking inbound calls from potential clients, addressing their queries, and handling objections related to pricing with finesse and tact.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
*Answer inbound calls from potential clients and interact with them through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
*Build rapport and establish trust by understanding their needs and aligning our services with their requirements.
Handling Price Objections:
*Listen actively to client concerns about pricing and package offerings.
*Employ persuasive techniques to highlight the value proposition of our services and justify pricing structures.
*Provide comparisons with competitor offerings and emphasize unique selling points.
Soft Sales Techniques:
*Utilize consultative selling approaches to guide clients through their decision-making process.
*Offer tailored solutions that meet their budgetary constraints while addressing their cleaning needs effectively.
*Use storytelling and case studies to illustrate successful outcomes and return on investment.
Follow-Up and Closing:
*Maintain ongoing communication with leads, nurturing relationships over time.
*Follow up on proposals and quotes, addressing any further concerns or questions.
*Assist in closing sales by facilitating agreement on terms and ensuring smooth transitions to our service team.
Administrative Support:
*Assist with CRM management, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress through the sales pipeline.
*Provide reports and insights on client feedback and market trends.
Requirements:
* Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Standard Time – Monday – Friday
*Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and diplomatic approach.
*Ability to handle objections professionally and turn them into opportunities.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Self-motivated and results-oriented.
*Experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry is desirable but not mandatory.
*Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools is a plus but we’ll train. (We use Bookingkoala and OpenPhone.)
