Role Details:
We are looking for an enthusiastic virtual assistant to support our client experience team with adminstrative tasks, campaign strategy, and photoshoot activities as well as provide direct support to the client experience team lead. Training will be provided on the outlined tasks.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and work ethic are essential.
Job Duties:
This position’s main goal is to provide support to the team on client-related and administrative tasks. They are responsible for the following:
1. Client Onboarding: responsible for supporting the Client Experience Team as they onboard new clients. This includes the setup of the ROI tracking features of the campaign, strategy development, sending new client gift, and team coordination.
2. Client Exit: responsible for completing the removal of the client and team members assigned to the client from all applications utilized by Social Practice, ensuring a smooth exit.
3. Creative Development: responsible for strategic development for client campaigns, including topic ideas, engagement strategies, and hashtag strategies. Also responsible for light video editing and graphic design.
4. Photoshoot Coordination: this role also supports coordinating photo and video shoots with our freelance team, and creative direction assistance.
5. Campaign Reporting: Responsible for assessing campaign performance monthly and communicating key elements driving the campaign monthly to the client and CEM. Also responsible for communicating leads received for each campaign weekly.
Skills & Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, communications, marketing, management, or a related field required
-Minimum 3-5 years experience in an administrative role
-Experience working with high-end clientele (i.e. professionals with medical degrees, master’s degrees, etc…)
-Articulate & proactive communicator both verbally and written
-The ability to work well under pressure
-Self-starter and ability to take action
-Strong attention to detail
