We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to play a pivotal role in the successful operation and growth of our coffee shop business. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with a diverse skill set. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks spanning business analysis, training program development, email management, social media marketing, brand enhancement, menu updates, community outreach, and event planning.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis:
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency.
2. Training Program Development:
• Create comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.
3. Email Management:
• Handle and organize email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
• Streamline email processes to enhance efficiency.
4. Calendar Management:
• Keep the business calendar updated, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure calendar alignment.
5. Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies, including ads and monetization efforts.
• Manage the upkeep of social media platforms to engage and expand the customer base.
6. Brand Refresh:
• Contribute to the development and execution of a brand refresh strategy.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
7. Menu Software and Updates:
• Utilize menu software to update and maintain an accurate online menu.
• Implement pricing changes and new offerings.
8. Promotions for Holidays:
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for upcoming holidays.
• Collaborate with marketing to create enticing offers and events.
9. Merchandise Design:
• Create and design merchandise that aligns with the brand.
• Manage the production and sale of merchandise.
10. Community Outreach:
• Develop programs to engage with and support the local community.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
11. Event Planning:
• Curate and plan events that align with the brand and target audience.
• Develop event packaging and manage contract verbiage with vendors.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in social media marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with menu software (TOAST) and event planning tools.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
