About Us:
We are a prominent legal recruitment firm specializing in partner-level attorneys. We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to interact with high-level attorneys at major law firms across America and contribute to our continued growth. No direct selling involved; appointments will be generated based on innate interest and willingness from the attorneys.

Position Overview:
Virtual Assistant. You will be responsible for managing day to day activities such as resume processing, basic research, candidate submissions, follow ups (via email and phone), and any other ad hoc responsibilities that may arise. You will need to know how to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and Google sheets.
Cold Caller. VA responsibilities will be your primary duties. But, they rarely require a full day of work (on a daily basis). Some days, there may not be any responsibilities. So, in the down time, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to high-level attorneys at major law firms in the United States. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a high degree of fluency in English, and the ability to navigate conversations effectively. This is a remote position, and depending on the time zone that you’re calling, the working hours may vary slightly.

Key Responsibilities:
Use MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and Google sheets to communicate with candidates and law firms on a daily basis.
Utilize a softphone (Vonage) on your computer to make follow up and outbound calls to targeted attorneys.
When cold calling, maintain a high call volume, with an expectation of ~50 calls per hour.
Engage in brief, 2-3 minute conversations with attorneys to introduce our services and establish interest.
Though most tracking and documentation will be performed automatically by our online database, you will be required to track some of your activity.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency is essential!
Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is necessary.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during conversations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ideal candidates may have spent some time in the United States, understanding cultural nuances.

Compensation:
Salary is competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits: Unpaid vacations allowed in the first year, followed by paid vacation time thereafter. (Note: No 13th month bonus as we are a US-based firm)
