Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant – Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for reaching out to Real Estate Agents via telephone, presenting our services, and scheduling Zoom appointments for our Mortgage Loan Officers. This position requires some sales experience, but we are not expecting you to make sales over the phone. We have a “Yes or No” approach to our calls and provide a script to follow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cold Calling: Make outbound cold calls to realtors from the provided list. Follow a script that’s provided to book appointments with Realtors.

Appointment Setting: Secure and schedule Zoom appointments between realtors and our Loan Officers. Ensure optimal appointment timings that suit both parties. A shared Calendar will be provided to cross-reference and book optimal times accordingly.

Data Management: Record and update the status of each call accurately in the CRM. Maintain detailed notes regarding interactions and follow-ups. (CRM will be a shared access of Google Spreadsheets)

Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls, texts, and emails as required to confirm appointments. Reschedule appointments as necessary and notify relevant loan officers promptly.

Communication: Always uphold a professional tone and clear communication. Inform potential clients of the benefits of collaborating with our Loan Officers.

EXPECTATIONS

Performance: Meet or exceed the set targets for call volumes and appointment setting. Maintain and follow the guides/scripts we provide.

Reliability: Attend all scheduled shifts promptly and maintain a high level of attendance. Manage time efficiently and be adaptable to different schedules.

Professionalism: Uphold the values and professional image of our Loan Officers in all interactions. Address potential clients with respect and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Google Docs/Spreadsheets. (Microsoft Excel)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
