**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant (Cold Caller) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in following up with our real estate database via phone calls, communicating with leads, and cold calling potential clients to identify opportunities for property management services or home sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Nurture leads: Through ongoing communication and engagement to build rapport and trust, ultimately converting them into clients.
– Follow up with real estate database: Via phone calls (cold calling) to identify potential clients interested in property management services or selling their home.
– Document activities: Record all activities and interactions in our CRM system (Lofty) to maintain accurate records of client communication and progress.
– Communicate with leads: That come in through various channels, such as website inquiries or marketing campaigns, to determine their interests, preferences, and requirements.
– Screen leads: Identify if they are pre-approved for financing, working with an agent, or interested in specific property features (e.g., number of beds/baths, location).
– Cold call lists: Of phone numbers (owners) to inquire about their interest in property management services or selling their home, and gather relevant information for follow-up.
**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage with potential clients in a professional manner.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Lofty) or willingness to learn.
– Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
