Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Assistant as a Logistics Sales Representative/Freight Agent to join our team at Route Guardian Transport. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building relationships with customers, and facilitating transportation deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Generate leads, prospect potential customers, and develop a sales pipeline
– Make cold calls, warm lead calls and closing calls
– Negotiating market level pricing with customers and carriers
– Handling all data entry points for shipments. including scheduling
– Collaborating with claims and finance during exception management
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications :
– Previous experience in Freight brokerage/Auto brokerage or sales preferred.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
– EXCELLENT communication, confidence & negotiation skills, with a strong command of spoken and written ENGLISH.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Google drive, and transportation software is a plus.
