Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our commercial real estate business, specifically in the multifamily sector. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the commercial real estate industry and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

Newsletter Creation:
– Develop engaging and informative monthly newsletters to be distributed to our investor mailing list.
– Curate relevant content, market updates, and company highlights to keep investors informed and engaged.

Deal Communication:
– Craft compelling emails for new deals, ensuring clear and concise communication of key information.
– Follow up with interested investors to provide additional details and address inquiries.

Social Media Management:
– Manage and execute social media posts on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
– Develop a strategic approach to social media messaging to attract and engage potential investors.

Broker Correspondence:
– Initiate and maintain regular communication with brokers regarding deals.
– Coordinate and send emails to brokers to gather and relay essential information related to potential opportunities.

Experience:

Commercial Real Estate Background:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in the commercial real estate sector.
– Familiarity with industry terminology and a deep understanding of the multifamily market.

Communication Skills:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to convey complex real estate concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner.

Content Creation:
– Demonstrated experience in creating engaging newsletters and deal-related emails.
– Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to specific target audiences.

Social Media Expertise:
– Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms for business purposes.
– Track record of successful social media campaigns and an understanding of strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
