Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and multi-talented professional to join our team as a Virtual Assistant who also serves as a Construction Manager and assists with Social Media Marketing and communicating with the crew so Spanish speaking is a must. This unique role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly switch between administrative tasks, construction project management, and social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Virtual Assistant Duties:

Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing files.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Construction Manager Duties:

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

Social Media Marketing Duties:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around the brand.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Construction Manager, and/or Social Media Marketer.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in construction management or related field.
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
