We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our portfolio of websites. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our blog(s), helping us reach our audience more effectively and manage our growing community. This position offers flexible hours and is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a passion for digital content and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Content Assistance:
• Enter draft posts into WordPress to prepare for publishing.
• Conduct in-depth research for blog posts.
• Assist in drafting and editing content.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication.

SEO and Analytics:
• Perform keyword research and assist with on-page SEO tasks.
• Monitor website analytics and compile regular performance reports.

Social Media Management:
• Schedule and post content across various social platforms.
• Engage with the audience and manage community interactions.
• Assist with social media marketing campaigns.

Email and Administrative Support:
• Manage email correspondence and organize the inbox.
• Assist in preparing and distributing email newsletters.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record keeping.

Customer Service and Community Engagement:
• Address reader queries and comments.
• Collect and summarize audience feedback.

Outreach and Networking:
• Coordinate collaborations and manage guest posts.

Graphic Design:
• Create basic visual content for the blog and social media.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a blogging or digital content environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and social media platforms.
• Competency in using content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
