Job Description:
We are in search of a motivated Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join the Elektron Motion team. This role will be instrumental in handling various tasks related to content creation, online marketing, and sales support as we continue to grow and innovate in the micro-mobility space.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for Elektron Motion’s website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the team to create blog posts, product descriptions, and other marketing collateral.
Sales Support:
Assist in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and contributing to sales strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and support sales initiatives.
Digital Marketing:
Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media management and email marketing for Elektron Motion.
Implement SEO strategies to enhance Elektron Motion’s online visibility.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for Elektron Motion, such as email correspondence and calendar management.
Support the team in various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and basic sales principles.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
