Full Time Virtual Assistant / Content Creation / Sales and Marketing Support with “Perfect” English Wanted.

Here’s a brand new exciting opportunity! I’m hiring a full time Virtual Assistant to support me to design and create content that captures our brand voice and connects with our ideal clients. They will work to build out lead generation systems and sales funnels, as well as on administrative tasks and social media content management.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
– Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn & Pinterest).
– Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello and Asana).
– Experience with word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google
Suite).
– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Calendly, Google Calendar).
– Excellent level of taste in terms of selecting graphic, fonts and pictures for social media
and mailers.
– Knowledge of online marketing and sales systems (e.g. Clickfunnels, Leadpages, email marketing and sales calls).
– Competent and confident with video and audio editing and content repurposing across all social media platforms.
– Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills.
– Internet savvy with access to good speed internet.
– Forward thinker with great planning, time management, prioritisation of tasks and organisational skills.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
– Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed.
– General admin tasks
– Curating content for social media channels, in-line with that channels specific requirements.
– Repurposing video, audio and graphic content in-line with brand messaging.
– Community engagement and reach out via email, messaging and telephone.
– Organising online learning platform content.
– Learning online marketing and web platforms.
– Working up to 40 hours per week.
